• Wellness Activities Coordinator
  The Wellness Activities Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of wellness activities across all Peace Neighborhood Center’s sites, which include Baker Commons, Maple Meadows, West Arbor, Wellness Center, and HUB Community Resource Center. Wellness activities include, but are not limited to, physical activity, mindfulness, community building, and nutrition.

• Community Connections Case Manager
  Collaborate with clients, families, community organizations, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to assess needs, coordinate services, advocate for clients, and address barriers affecting health, safety, housing stability, and overall well-being. Develop and maintain robust relationships with other community resource agencies to support the needs of community residents.
